Landscape Garden Services

We take pride in our work and have a number completed projects with very satisfied customers…

Garden Landscaping Services in Chelmsford & Essex

At BPM Garden Landscapes and Design, we’ve been transforming driveways, patios and gardens across Essex since 1996 — originally trading as Block Paving Maintenance, specialising in driveway installation and repair.

As demand grew beyond driveways, that experience became the foundation for a dedicated landscaping division. Today we design and install driveways, patios, decking, fencing and bespoke garden structures for homes and businesses throughout Chelmsford, Ingatestone, Brentwood and the wider A12 corridor.

As a Bradstone Approved Installer and Trading Standards Approved Company, we bring the same personable, professional standard to every project — from a single driveway resurface to a full garden transformation.

About Us

An exceptional group of professionals...

5 stars

Neil and the team are an exceptional group of professionals who transformed a bland and inconvenient front and back garden into so much better spaces, the quality of their work is second to none.

Throughout the process we changed our minds and consulted on things with Neil almost every day, nothing was too much trouble and the team strived to make it work as best they could for us. They are an incredible tidy bunch and left the whole place spotless.

The most glowing recommendation I could give them is that my wife has missed having them around the last week or so. I’ll be using BPM again and recommend you do too.

I can’t think of enough positive things to say...

Reasonable price
Recently had a new driveway laid by BPM. Really happy with the works completed. The whole process was smooth from start to finish from design and quote to the works completed on site. The team on site had to endure extremely high temps during the works but can’t fault them. Easy to speak to and happy to work with me in terms of design and requirements. Also added some turf work part way through that the guys did a good job on.

I can’t think of enough positive things to say...

We had a new patio and block pave driveway driveway done and I can’t think of enough positive things to say. Punctual, tidy, great standard of work and really good decent people to deal with. Will not hesitate in using them again and 100% recommend to anyone.

Superb professional and friendly service

Great job carried out by Neil, Rob and Shaun. Initial repair work to correct the drainage near the house and porch then thorough cleaning, weed treatment and sealing of the block paving. Superb professional and friendly service carried out promptly and very tidily. Thanks.

Can’t recommend Neil and his team enough

Neil and his team renewed our patio 3 years ago and this year we found that ants had burrowed underneath and made a slab loose..
Neil said that it was no problem to come back and sort the slab out which he did.
Nothing was too much of a problem, as providing an excellent service is so important to him.
Can’t recommend Neil and his team enough

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I had a new patio laid and a new fence the work they carried out was excellent and done to a really high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile.

very professional, polite and efficient

I can highly recommend Neil and his team. They are very professional, polite and efficient and rightly take great pride in the quality of their work. They have built a new patio for us, erected fencing and cleaned the driveway – the whole thing has been a good experience.

Delighted customers of Neil and his team

Neil and his team are passionate and hard working and their experience and commitment to excellence shines through. We are delighted with our new patio which took 11 days of amazing hard work to complete. Thanks to Neil, Marcus, Rob and Kyle for you fantastic efforts. We would thoroughly recommend BPM Landscapes

I highly recommend Neil and his team...

They undertook curved stone seating and patio in my garden and I’m very happy with the quality of work. The job commenced on date agreed. I was always kept updated – excellent communications – a polite and supportive team. They were always punctual, tidy and respectful. I particularly appreciated Neil’s enthusiasm to complete the work entirely to my specification and satisfaction. Thank you.

Friendly and professional...

Neil and his team were both friendly and professional and were willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the final project completion – had to wait a while for the work to start but this is a sign of a successful and busy business – worth the wait!!

Quality of work excellent and the cost was very reasonable...

Neil and his team lifted and relaid a block paved pathway and part of a driveway that had shifted and become badly undulated. I was very impressed with how responsive and flexible Neil was to accommodating my job and the work was carried out very professionally with the site being left very clean and tidy. Quality of work excellent and the cost was very reasonable. Can highly recommend Neil for fixing any issues with block paving.

Excellent service and superb value

I could not be happier with the service provided by Neil and his team...

I could not be happier with the service provided by Neil and his team. My 15 year old patio looks like new and all work was carried out on time with minimum disruption. Neil is super efficient and 100% reliable. Absolute breath of fresh air to deal with such a good company – cannot recommend highly enough.

We have been dealing with Block Paving Maintenance for years...

We have been dealing with Block Paving Maintenance for years as a supplier.

You can tell a lot about a company by how they place orders and how quickly they pay. In our experience jobs are planned meticulously, materials are ordered in good time and payments are almost instant.

All this adds up to a professional company whom we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Mark Raymond

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services in the future...

Neil quoted me for lifting and completely relaying my block paved drive, re-bedding all the edging and making good two drains, due to substandard work by a previous contractor. He also widened the drive in two places. All work was detailed in his written estimate and carried out exactly as described. Neil and Rob were punctual, courteous and tidy and the work was completed to a high standard and on schedule. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services in the future.

We would like to thank Neil, Rob....

We would like to thank Neil, Rob and Sean for professionally installing our new driveway. From the first time we met Neil when he came to complete our survey, gave us detailed quotes and even with a six month lead time, started exactly on the day given. We had seen our neighbours driveways being done over the years and we didn’t like the way work was carried out. Neil and his team were very different, even working on the two hottest days of the year, to keep on schedule!

If you are happy with our work,
please leave us a review so we can tell others…

What to Consider When Choosing Paving for Your Driveway or Patio

The right choice comes down to how the space will be used, the material, and how it suits your home. Porcelain is a popular, low-maintenance option for modern patios; natural stone gives a traditional, characterful finish; and manufactured concrete paving is a durable, budget-friendly alternative for driveways and patios alike.

We talk you through all of this at your free site survey, matching the paving, colour and laying pattern to your home and budget before any work is quoted.

Discover the Elegance of Porcelain Paving

Transform your outdoor living space with Bradstone’s low-maintenance porcelain paving slabs. Engineered for modern garden designs, our premium porcelain paving collection seamlessly connects your indoor and outdoor areas with a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.

Every durable, slip-resistant porcelain tile in our range offers a perfect blend of high-end style and long-lasting performance. Whether you are planning a modern patio renovation or looking for weather-resistant garden paving, Bradstone delivers unparalleled British quality to elevate your landscaping project.
