Hi Neil, … Hope all is well.. For this month I have carried out mostly ‘Behind The Scenes’ work for our ‘Moving Forward’ project, although you will see changes/updates to the main page for each website.

 

Below is a summary of works carried out and I have also attached copies of Audit Reports that I have generated and have been working from.. Not intended to blind you with science but more for reference, as I have been using these as a working/check sheet and gives you an indication of what has been carried out.

 

Quite a bit of ground work covered for this month.. I haven’t listed every item (although priority items are listed below and on the attached documents)

Title: Moving Forward project for: www.bpmgardenlandscapesanddesign.co.uk – Aiming to increase website traffic and enquiries. 

The main online marketing focus will be towards ‘Landscape Gardening’, with ‘Block Paving & Maintenance’ the secondary service.

With focus on promoting for mainly Brentwood and the following local areas:

• Chelmsford
• Essex
• Ingatestone
• Shenfield
• (A12 Corridor)

A full AI Audit has been carried out on the following:

In addition, I have set up an account for www.bpmgardenlandscapesanddesign.co.uk which includes a Site Audit & SEO optimisation tool – (www.ubersuggest.com) – A website ranking tool that provides Audit reports for ongoing improvements. Also tracks and analyses competition. (see item 5 below for further details)

www.blockpavingmaintenance.co.uk has been moved to a new/updated server plus a new SSL certificate applied. – Essential updates to the website have also been carried out according to the Audit report.

 

www.bpmgardenlandscapesanddesign.co.uk – New software added to aid traffic analysis and SEO improvements, plus essential updates have been carried out according to the findings on the Audit report.

 

Google Business Profile – Updated to reflect the findings on the Audit report – Further details below.

As our recent discussion, here are some Ideas for moving forward with …

– I would suggest a refresh of the front page..

I think it would be good to amend the layout; Have the testimonials further towards the top. I will look at laying this out slightly differently, making it more eye-catching, keeping this section across the page but slightly less depth as current..

Amend/refresh the order of content on the page.. – Introduction of ‘BPM Garden Landscapes & Design’ further towards the top.

I will also look at highlighting your service areas, perhaps having each section in it’s own box with a button linking to examples;

Also highlighting/featuring some of your recent projects –

As discussed earlier, giving some thought to enhancing your Google listings for the ‘BPM Garden Landscaping’ side, I have  created a mock page with the idea of running a new, sister website – Although we have been making some headway with the BPM Landscaping rankings within Google for blockpavingmaintenance.co.uk, A dedicated site, optimised specifically for ‘Local Landscape Garden Design Company’ would certainly improve your rankings –

Costwise, – Based on the above, I will aim to keep the set up around £100 plus VAT and replicate the ongoing monthly maintenance & promotion as per blockpavingmaintenance.co.uk @ £75.00 plus VAT per month – This will also include all ongoing hosting & e-mail forwarding costs. – I would also recommend registering a domain with the term ‘Landscape Garden Design’ included. i.e. bpmLandscapeGardenDesign.co.uk as this will help with the Google rankings..
For ease of set up purposes, I can register this for you under your name and host it on my server. I can then set up all e-mail to be forwarded to the e-mail address of your choice.
